We routinely conduct plant growth trials on the effects of PGRs, fertilizers, soil amendments and plant growing media. Tests are conducted in the field or greenhouse. These studies include evaluations of plant growth status via:
- Foliage growth — vigor, plant height, chlorophyll content, and foliar fresh and dry weights.
- Root growth — vigor, disease severity, and root fresh and dry weights.
- Root/Shoot ratio
- Bloom yields — numbers, size, etc.
- Fruit yield — numbers, weight, size, quality via color, soluble solids, pH, and texture.
- Nutrient deficiencies — tissue analysis
- We have onsite cold storage capabilities and conduct post harvest evaluations.
